Our Story

Do you know how we started at the Garden Shop?
Our family of Sue, and daughters Rachel and Lizzy, took over The Garden Shop on 1st July 2014 adding a cafe to the existing shop. We previously ran a nursery supplying plants to a number of local garden centres (including this one) so we already knew Nick and Belinda from whom we purchased the Shop, and who helped immeasurably for the first few months.  Today we have a fantastic range of plants, seeds and bulbs, a range of composts, bird food, indoor and outdoor pots and containers plus tools, gloves and sundries and items for garden care like fertilisers and bird feed. We also stock a range of gifts and cards and if you want something you can’t see on our shelves please contact us as we have regular deliveries and our suppliers hold more stock than we do.
